Couple seeking comfort and service

Had a nice stay with decent service. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Harpreet at the front desk, who made my check-in smooth and even helped with local recommendations. Also, Chef Ganesh really impressed with his cooking, making every meal a highlight of the stay! I think you'll enjoy it if you're looking for good staff and tasty food.

Unfortunately, the room I was given had lingering odors and cleanliness issues. I struggled to find a suitable alternative as the other room option was even less appealing.

It was just an ideal choice for a weekend outing in Jammu with excellent value for money. Make sure to check the lawn area for a nice evening vibe.

So I stayed in a Superior Room for one night. The room wasn’t great at all—there was a weird smell when I walked in, stains on the floor, and the crack on the wall was just bad vibes. I even asked for a different room, but that one was worse! Tried to give my parents a nice day, but it turned out to be a mess.

Awesome place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, valet parking, and a cozy bar. Mr Harpreet assisted me with a local taxi recommendation on my first stay, which I still remember. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with my friends here! We visited the beautiful gardens and the local market. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread was decent, though fresh juices would have been a nice touch.

One downside was the spa experience. I had a bad massage that caused back pain. Definitely caution is needed when using their spa service.
